About

The inspiration for this site title comes from Albert Camus’ philosophy. It was during my senior year of studying Philosophy and Human Resource Development in San Beda College that I got to immerse myself in Camus’ biography, literature, and predilections. For someone who, at that time, felt that the search for the meaning of life is rather pointless, Camus’ works were the perfect companion. While making my thesis, however, I realized that extreme absurdism would eventually lead to nihilism which was never the Pied-Noir’s point. I have since learned to temper my view on absurdism with a little humor and appreciation of life’s small miracles. This blog  contains my musings on philosophy, attempts to write in a foreign language, posts that are neither prose nor poetry, not-so-random ramblings and the like.
